Megan was born in Warsaw, Indiana and was raised in Goshen, Indiana where she graduated from Concord High School in 2002. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. She was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing in 2005. She was on the National Dean's List from 2002 through 2006 and the Presidential Dean's List from 2002-2006. She was inducted into the Indiana University Honors College in 2002, as well as the Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society in 2003. She graduated Cum Lade from Indiana University School of Nursing in 2006. |

Naomi was born and raised in Maui, Hawaii where she graduated from Maui High School in 2002 as the Class Valedictorian. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Azusa Pacific University in Los Angeles, California. She was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing in 2005. She was on the national Dean's list in 2006 and the Presidential Dean's List from 2002-2006. Naomi was the recipient of many scholarships. |

Naomi is married to Micah Staley who is from the Elkhart/Goshen area, graduating from Concord High School. The two met in college in California. Naomi enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, anything to do with the ocean, and spending time with her beloved puppy Stewy! |

Juli received a Medical Assistant's degree from Michiana College and worked at Bristol Street pediatrics for twelve years. She then went on to get her nursing degree from Ivy Tech and worked at Elkhart General Hospital in pediatrics and labor & delivery. She also received special training in decompression therapy. She is currently working part time for CCWC and NIBI as a decompression specialist.

Chris received an associates degree in Radiologic Technologies at the University of Saint Francis. She is a registered X-ray technologist and CT technologist. She also has training as a decompression specialist. She has been with Dr. Waggoner since 2007 doing X-rays, decompression, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing medicaid/medicare. She has a husband, Terry, and two children Austin and Taylor. Besides being busy raising her two children, Chris enjoys reading, running, making jewelry, and softball. |

How do I get started?
Contact our institute headquarters at (574) 293-0800 to schedule an initial consultation with Dr. Schneider or Dr. Waggoner to determine your individual situation. Medical Evaluation and Diagnostic testing procedures may be performed prior to beginning any treatment in order to determine the most effective process. After carefully studying your case history and exam findings, Dr. Schneider or Dr. Waggoner will sit down and explain their findings to you and let you know if you are a candidate for this breakthrough treatment. After answering any questions you may have about the recommended plan, you may begin your care.
