THE IMPORTANCE OF MAINTENANCE CARE!
The Northern Indiana Back Institute defines maintenance care as a management plan that seeks to prevent disease, prolong life, promote health, and enhance the quality of life. A specific maintenance regimen is generally designed to provide for the patient's well-being for maintaining the optimum state of health. Once a patient has achieved the maximum level of correction and stability in their decompression protocol, a maintenance program is always recommended to optimize health and continue the healing process of the disc. This allows the patient to continue to feel the benefits of decompression for a longer period of time. The extent of your treatment is always your decision, but it is important to remember that your dedication to your treatment affects your outcome. The benefits of maintenance care include preventing a possibility of a relapse, slowing down the natural process of aging and degeneration in the disc, and enhancing your mental and physical performance and overall health!

How do I get started?
Contact our institute headquarters at (574) 293-0800 to schedule an initial consultation with Dr. Schneider or Dr. Waggoner to determine your individual situation. Medical Evaluation and Diagnostic testing procedures may be performed prior to beginning any treatment in order to determine the most effective process. After carefully studying your case history and exam findings, Dr. Schneider or Dr. Waggoner will sit down and explain their findings to you and let you know if you are a candidate for this breakthrough treatment. After answering any questions you may have about the recommended plan, you may begin your care.
